Interpretation

At LGAV, due to runway 03L/21R works under AIRAC AIP Supplement 45/26, all aeroplane VFR flights are suspended and arriving and departing aircraft may experience delays. All ICAO Code D and larger aircraft must use runway 03R/21L for takeoff and landing. Minimum runway occupancy times are required: aircraft must begin the takeoff roll immediately after clearance, and landing aircraft must vacate via the first available rapid-exit taxiway or as instructed by ATC. Aircraft unable to comply with the landing requirement must obtain ATC approval before landing.
