Interpretation

Ground controlled approach (GCA) is available Monday–Friday from 0500 to 1300 with two hours’ prior notice when visibility and ceiling are above circling minima. On weekends and holidays, GCA is available for hospital flights with two hours’ prior notice. GCA is also available for operational and night training flights when visibility and ceiling are below circling minima.
