Interpretation

AIP ENR 1.10 paragraph 1.9 is amended: the MARSA section (where a military entity assumes responsibility for separation of military aircraft) is cancelled and a modification requires that RMK/OAT or STS/OAT be used in the flight plan when the whole duration of the flight is planned as an OAT flight.
