Interpretation

The RNP RWY 04R instrument approach LPV decision altitude minima are amended to CAT A 578/750 m, CAT B 591/750 m, CAT C 625/750 m, and CAT D 636/750 m. When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase CAT A and B RVR/visibility to 1200 m, CAT C to 1300 m, and CAT D to 1400 m.
