Interpretation

Expect daily training aircraft activity, with an active drop zone and glider activity on weekends. Motor-powered aircraft are prohibited from flying over DECS and OCSENY and must use the east-side traffic pattern and runway. Continuous position reports and two-way communication are mandatory. Aircraft not based at LHOY require operator approval at least three hours before arrival, except aircraft in distress or emergencies.
