Interpretation

VFR traffic is not allowed within the Crotone ATZ when an IFR approach or departure is in progress at LIBC/Crotone Aerodrome, and VFR traffic must contact the Crotone Aerodrome Flight Information Unit via established visual reporting points before entering the ATZ to receive information on existing IFR traffic.
