Interpretation

Training flights at Trieste/Ronchi dei Legionari require aerodrome operator approval requested at least 12 hours in advance by email and phone. VFR training is prohibited 1130–1430 and 2200–0600 from 15 June to 15 September, and 1900–0800 (1800–0700) during the rest of the year. IFR training is prohibited 1130–1430 and 1600–0600 from 15 June to 15 September, and 1700–0700 (1600–0600) during the rest of the year. Training is subject to IFR traffic and, even after approval, may be delayed or temporarily suspended by ATC if radar service is unavailable or for ATC reasons.
