From July 23 through August 13, 0400-2000, and August 14, 0400-1300, aircraft unable to comply with the published RWY 12 SID minimum climb gradient must advise Ruzyne Delivery when requesting ATC clearance. Radar vectoring will be provided as an alternative departure, and these aircraft must maintain a minimum climb gradient of 5 percent.
