Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure changed for ILS RWY 30. IFR minima are increased for S-ILS 30 CAT ABCD to 500/1000M 370 (400 - 1000M), and associated ALS is inoperative. Note: when ALS is inoperative, increase RVR/VIS to 1700M.
