RNP Y runway 20 instrument approach procedure amended: LPV decision altitude for categories A-D raised to 800 feet with 1,400 metres visibility, 453 feet (500-1,400 metres). When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase visibility to 2,100 metres; RVR is not authorized.
