Interpretation

Due to NDB LAR being withdrawn, the instrument approach procedure for non-RNAV equipped aircraft only, in case of radio communication failure, for RWY 20 is changed. In case of RCF: squawk 7600, climb FL070 straight-ahead to intercept and proceed R357 ESP DVOR/DME, then at 7 DME ESP DVOR/DME turn left to intercept and proceed R065 ESP DVOR/DME, then at 27 DME ESP DVOR/DME turn left to intercept and proceed R188 FTM DVOR, then at 41 DME FTM DVOR turn left heading 305 degrees to intercept and proceed R053 LIS DVOR/DME descending to 4000 ft, then at 7.6 DME LIS DVOR/DME perform another approach procedure.
