Interpretation

Advanced tower departure procedures are in force at LROP. LROP sends A-DPI messages to NMOC reporting the TTOT. If an aircraft returns to stand after its EOBT, its flight plan is suspended in the ATM network by a C-DPI message; the operator must update the EOBT using a DLA or CHG message to revoke the suspension.
