ILS Runway 16 CAT II instrument approach procedure amended: the missed approach climb requirement changes from 4% to 2,300 feet to 4.8% to 2,100 feet, with new vertical-speed values of 292, 584, 876, 1,168, 1,460, and 1,752 feet per minute at 60, 120, 180, 240, 300, and 360 knots respectively. The controlling obstacle is unknown. Minimums change to RA 93, 300 metres, RVR 100, and DA 1,490 feet for Categories A–C; and RA 98, 300 metres, RVR 105, and DA 1,495 feet for Category D.
