Interpretation

RNP RWY 28 LPV decision altitude minima are amended: category A, 2177/1500 m, 760 (800–1500 m); B, 2182/1500 m, 765 (800–1500 m); C, 2188–2400 m, 771 (800–2400 m); D, 2193–2400 m, 776 (800–2400 m). When the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase visibility to 3500 m for A and 3600 m for B, C and D. RVR is not authorized for A and B; the note does not specify RVR status for C and D.
