Interpretation

Test firing will take place in area LTTSA-17R within Sinop TMA, from the surface to 99,500 ft AMSL, on days 09-10 from 1000-1300 and 1800-2130, and on day 11 from 0200-0500, 1000-1300, and 1800-2130. State aircraft conducting SAR may use the area in coordination with the relevant units. A separate air traffic flow regulation NOTAM will be issued.
