Interpretation

Advanced tower departure procedures are in force at LTAC. The airport sends A-DPI messages with target take-off times to NMOC. If an aircraft returns to stand after its EOBT, its flight plan is suspended in the ATM network via a C-DPI message; the operator receives an FLS message and must update the EOBT with a DLA or CHG message to lift the suspension.
