Interpretation

Advanced tower procedures are in force at LTAI for A-CDM departure information exchange. LTAI sends A-DPI messages to NMOC reporting the target take-off time (TTOT). If an aircraft returns to stand after its estimated off-block time (EOBT), its flight plan is suspended in the ATM network through a C-DPI message, and the operator receives an FLS message stating “suspended by departure airport.” To remove the suspension, the operator must update the EOBT using a DLA or CHG message.
