Within an 8 NM radius of 405726N 0285727E in the Istanbul TMA, non-duty IFR/VFR state aircraft, non-duty UAV/UCAV/drones, and all civil VFR traffic are prohibited. Exceptions apply to state aircraft assigned by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, UAV/UCAV on duty, ambulance flights, flights carrying martyrs, search and rescue, organ transplantation and firefighting flights, civil traffic departing from or arriving at Istanbul Atatürk aerodrome, and permitted civil overflights.
