Interpretation

Parking areas 65, 66, 67 and 68 are available only to military and police flights. Parking areas 61, 62, 63 and 64 are closed to civil, exercise, air display and general aviation aircraft staying overnight for more than five days. Utilization procedures must be followed because aircraft tie-down equipment is available only at parking areas 61 through 68. Taxiways H and R are closed within the construction work area.
