Interpretation

During construction work on RWY 16L/34R, landing and departing traffic must use RWY 16R/34L. Departures from RWY 16R may request an intersection departure from TWY F, subject to aircraft or airline technical requirements and control tower approval. Aircraft unable to make an intersection departure may enter RWY 16R/34L via TWY F or another suitable taxiway, taxi to THR 16R, and backtrack using the marked threshold turning pad in coordination with the control tower.
