Interpretation

During construction works on RWY 16L/34R, traffic shall use RWY 16R/34L for landing and departure. Departures from RWY 16R may use intersection departure from TWY F with control tower permission, based on declared intersection departure distance and aircraft technical data; aircraft unable to depart by intersection departure shall enter RWY 16R/34L from TWY F or another appropriate taxiway, taxi to THR 16R, and backtrack via the marked turning pad for departure position.

OPERATIONAL REASONS SHALL ENTER RWY 16R/34L FROM TWY F OR OTHER
APPROPRIATE TWYS IN ACCORDIANCE WITH CONTROL TWR AND TAXI TO THR 16R
AND GET DEPARTURE POSITION BY PERFORMING BACKTRACK USING THE MARKED
TURNING PAD AT THE THRESHOLD.
