Interpretation

Due to construction works on runway 16R/34L, the engine test areas designated as THR 16R and THR 34L shall not be used for engine tests. Aircraft shall conduct engine tests at the de-icing area south of apron 3, nose facing north, under follow-me guidance and ATC instructions. Aircraft requesting engine runs shall consider aerodrome peak traffic hours, and engine runs shall not be commenced without prior coordination and approval from relevant units; continuous communication with ATC is mandatory.
