Interpretation

Due to construction on runway 16R/34L, the engine test areas at thresholds 16R and 34L must not be used. Aircraft must conduct engine tests at the de-icing area south of Apron 3 with the nose facing north, under follow-me guidance and ATC instructions. Engine runs require prior coordination and approval, consideration of peak traffic hours, and continuous communication with ATC.
