Interpretation

Four mobile cranes are erected for construction work in the movement area west of runway 16R threshold, within the runway strip and as close as 60 m from the runway centerline. Each crane is 6 m high, with a top elevation of 129 m, and is marked and lighted red. If backtracking on taxiway P at threshold 16R is required, maneuvering is available only under ATC instructions with a follow-me vehicle. Scheduled on the 21st from 0714 to 1600 and from the 22nd through the 28th daily from 0500 to 1600.
