Interpretation

Civil traffic shall not be planned Monday through Friday from 0500 to 0930 and 1030 to 1500 UTC, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, except scheduled or charter flights, VIP flights, ambulance flights, SAR flights, state aircraft, IFR traffic with aerodrome approval, personnel or equipment transport flights, and medical-service flights for the Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO). Civil VFR traffic requires military air traffic control unit approval. Solo flights shall not be planned. The aerodrome air traffic control unit may change the dates or times if required.
