Interpretation

Civil traffic may be planned Monday through Friday from 0500–0930 and 1030–1500, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, only for scheduled/charter, VIP, ambulance, SAR, state aircraft, IFR traffic with aerodrome approval, and personnel/equipment transport or medical-service flights for Turkish Petroleum Corporation (TPAO). Civil VFR traffic requires military air traffic control unit approval, and solo flights must not be planned. The aerodrome air traffic control unit may change the dates or times if required.
