Interpretation

Except for aircraft operated by based flight schools, all IFR and VFR traffic requires prior permission (PPR) from the aerodrome authority due to limited apron parking capacity. This restriction is implemented in accordance with the aerodrome operating-hours provisions in AIC B04/11; see NOTAM B0977/26.
