Interpretation

The missed approach procedure for ILS OR LOC RWY 5 at Pago Pago International Airport has been amended. Aircraft must climb to 1100 feet, then climbing right turn on heading 090 to 3000 feet, followed by another climbing right turn to 4000 feet direct to TUT NDB and hold. An ADF is required unless aircraft are equipped with a suitable RNAV system with GPS. Additionally, the TUT VOR is out of service.
