Interpretation

AIPV GEN 4.1 is updated to state that prior ATS approval is required to nominate Vila or Santo as a standby alternate outside ATS hours. A fee of VT 25,000 plus VAT applies per alternate; if tower staffing is requested and approved outside ATS hours, a fee of VT 50,000 plus VAT per hour applies. Approval will include a mobile contact number for the callout ATS officer, and this information will be incorporated into the next AIPV amendment.
