Interpretation

VFR aircraft will fly in accordance with the VFR portion of the table of cruising levels in Appendix 3 of ICAO Annex 2, also referred to as semi-circular cruising levels: 0-179 degrees odd flight levels, 180-359 degrees even flight levels.
