Interpretation

Flights entering the Tehran FIR from the Kabul FIR must contact Tehran ACC at least five minutes before entry: on 120.700 MHz via SOKAM (UL333) or PAMTU (N636), or on 123.900 MHz via GADER (A453) or RANRU (Z627). Flights entering the Kabul FIR from the Tehran FIR do so at their own risk and will receive ATS only up to the Tehran/Kabul FIR boundary.
