Interpretation

A flight inspection conducted in February 2026 found all navigation aids serving OLBA satisfactory and serviceable except that the ILS RWY 21 is currently unusable, and the RWY 17 glide path and DME are serviceable with a restriction that their signals may be lost if flying below 1.35 degrees.
