Interpretation

Due to a temporary crane obstacle, the OCA/H for the OMAA VOR RWY 13R procedure is changed: VOR/DME categories A, B, C and D are 590 ft (512 ft); circling categories A and B are 750 ft (667 ft), and categories C and D/DL are 920 ft (837 ft). Refer to chart OMAA AD 2-63.
