Interpretation

Flow control is active for all UAE departures requesting FL300, FL320, or FL340 that exit the Emirates FIR via ALPOB and continue into the Amman FIR via L768 at OTILA. Flow control also applies to all UAE departures via LALDO, GOMTA, TARDI, or LABRI in accordance with Muscat NOTAM A0536/26. Affected aircraft must request a departure slot from the listed departure aerodrome contact no earlier than two hours before the realistic airborne time.
