Interpretation

Flow control applies to all UAE departures requesting FL300, FL320, or FL340 that exit the Emirates FIR via ALPOB and continue into the Amman FIR via L768/OTILA. It also applies to UAE departures via LALDO or GOMTA under Muscat NOTAM A0584/26 and via TARDI or LABRI under Muscat NOTAM A0583/26. Affected aircraft must request a departure slot no earlier than two hours before the realistic airborne time using the specified delivery, tower, or ground frequency or telephone contact for OMAA, OMAD, OMAL, OMDB, OMDW, OMRK, or OMSJ.
