Interpretation

Taxiway B restrictions are in force: aircraft must not taxi onto Taxiway B behind an aircraft holding at any runway holding point. Aircraft must also not enter Taxiway B from Taxiways A2, A6, A14, or A20 while another aircraft is holding at the associated runway holding point B2, B6, B14, or B20.
