Interpretation

Due to air traffic congestion in the Muscat FIR, flow control applies daily from 1700 to 0400 UTC to UAE departures entering the Muscat FIR via LABRI, TARDI, LALDO, or GOMTA. Successive departures require 8 minutes longitudinal separation, reduced to 5 minutes from 2000 to 2200 UTC and 3 minutes from 0230 to 0400 UTC. LABRI and TARDI are treated as two separate points, while LALDO and GOMTA are treated as one point. UAE departures via LALDO–A791–IMLOT or MEMTU, and departures landing at OOMS, OOSH, or OOSA, are exempt.
