Interpretation

Due to air traffic congestion in the Muscat FIR, flow-control measures apply to Doha departures: six minutes longitudinal separation is required between successive departures entering the Muscat FIR via LABRI or TONVO; MIDGU is unavailable for Doha departures; and Doha traffic overflying the Muscat FIR and exiting via REXOD, LOTAV, or KITAL must enter via DAPOL. The NOTAM states “24 hours” and also publishes the schedule as “DLY BTN 1700/200.”
