Interpretation

Due to air traffic congestion in the Muscat FIR, daily between 1700 and 0300, flights entering via TAPDO, RASKI, or PARAR and planning to overfly UAE airspace must exit via MENSA; flights destined for OEJN or OEMA are exempt and must exit via TOKRA. Flights entering via REXOD, LOTAV, or KITAL and destined for OERK, OEJN, or OEMA must exit via SITOL. All flights must follow the RAD route structure.
