Interpretation

Visual approach procedures for RWY 27R/09L: all inbound traffic to ALE/INT Airport must report ALE NDB at an altitude of 3500 ft or above before joining the traffic circuit unless instructed otherwise by the aerodrome control tower. Circuit directions vary by arrival sector: for RWY 09L, aircraft from DELTA or GOLF use right-hand circuit; aircraft from LIMA, KILO, or TANGO use left-hand circuit. For RWY 27R, aircraft from GOLF use left-hand circuit; aircraft from LIMA, KILO, or TANGO use right-hand circuit; aircraft from DELTA for RWY 27R may commence a right turn in approach. Departure procedures: from RWY 09L, after takeoff either turn right towards DELTA/TANGO/KILO/LIMA or turn left towards GOLF, then follow route restrictions. From RWY 27R, after takeoff turn left towards LIMA/KILO/TANGO or DELTA, not exceeding 4 NM from the runway threshold, or turn left towards GOLF not exceeding 4 NM, then follow route restrictions.
