Interpretation

Instrument approach procedure RNP RWY 15 (LNAV only) is amended to increase IFR minima and update the associated ALS inoperative note. When ALS is inoperative, CAT AB visibility increases to 3100M, RVR N/A, and CAT CDE visibility increases to 3100M.
