Interpretation

Departure traffic from the OTDF FIR planned via DATRI shall operate as planned to DATRI, then proceed direct LAEEB to exit the OTDF FIR; onward routing in the OEJD FIR shall comply with the OEJD FIR NOTAM and Route Availability Document. Arrival traffic from the OEJD FIR planned to enter the OTDF FIR via DATRI shall comply with the OEJD FIR NOTAM and Route Availability Document to DATRI, after which ATC will provide routing to join the cleared STAR.
