Interpretation

For departures from the OTDF FIR planned via DATRI, operate as planned to DATRI, then proceed direct to LAEEB to exit the OTDF FIR; onward routing within the OEJD FIR must comply with the applicable OEJD FIR NOTAM and Route Availability Document. Arrivals from the OEJD FIR planned to enter the OTDF FIR via DATRI must follow those OEJD routing requirements to DATRI, after which ATC will provide routing to join the cleared STAR.
