Interpretation
For the Palmer RNAV (GPS) RWY 10 approach, the PAQ ASOS is out of service. When the local altimeter setting is not received, use the Wasilla altimeter setting, increase all MDAs by 60 feet, and increase LP and LNAV category C and D visibility by 1/8 SM.
