Interpretation
RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 8 is revised from ORIG-B to ORIG-C. The nighttime circling restriction is changed so that circling to RWYs 17, 5, and 23 is unavailable at night. Night circling to RWY 35 is permitted only with an operational VGSI, and aircraft must remain on or above the VGSI glidepath until the threshold.
