Interpretation
Willow's Big Lake Two RNAV departure is amended. Runway 13 requires standard takeoff minimums and a minimum climb of 467 ft/NM to 2,500 ft; climb direct NIYTI, then follow track 150 to BGQ VORTAC. From runway 31, climb on heading 313 to 800 ft, then make a climbing left turn direct BGQ VORTAC. Cross BGQ at or above 3,700 ft and continue climbing in the holding pattern to cross BGQ at or above the MEA for the direction of flight. All other data remains as published.
