Interpretation
Daniel K. Inouye International Airport Diverse Vector Area (Radar Vectors), Amendment 2, is not authorized for Runways 4L and 4R due to obstacles. Added takeoff obstacle notes identify two temporary cranes affecting Runway 4L: one 754 ft from the departure end, 733 ft left of centerline, at 200 ft AGL/211 ft MSL, and another 1,992 ft from the departure end, 160 ft right of centerline, at 200 ft AGL/211 ft MSL.
