Interpretation

The Keola Three, Molokai Five, Opihi Three, and Palay Three departures are changed. Takeoff minimums for Runways 4L and 4R are 300-1. The departure route descriptions now require climbing on an ATC-assigned heading within these ranges: Runway 4L, 130 through 220 degrees clockwise; Runway 4R, 130 through 220; Runway 8L, 120 through 250; Runway 8R, 120 through 250; Runway 22L, 110 through 240; Runway 22R, 115 through 240; Runway 26L, 100 through 250; and Runway 26R, 110 through 250. Added obstacle notes identify two temporary cranes affecting Runway 4L and one affecting Runway 4R, each 200 ft AGL/211 ft MSL. All other data remains as published.
