Up to five pieces of heavy equipment penetrate the approach surface for Runway 34L in three specified areas before the threshold, at maximum elevations of 179, 184, and 183 ft AMSL. Active August 31–September 4, September 7–11, September 14–18, September 24–25, and September 28–29, daily 1500–2000. Weather minima, instrument approach procedures, SIDs, and STARs remain unchanged. Exemptions apply to aircraft covered by AIC 051/19 item 3 and emergency aircraft with permission requested at least one hour in advance.
