Interpretation

Up to five pieces of heavy equipment penetrate the Runway 34L approach surface in three defined areas approximately 477–643 m before the threshold, extending from 108 m left to 22 m right of the extended runway centerline, with maximum elevations of 179 ft, 184 ft, and 183 ft AMSL. Weather minima, instrument approach procedures, SIDs, and STARs remain unchanged. Specified aircraft under AIC 051/19 item 3 and emergency aircraft with permission obtained at least one hour in advance are exempt. Effective on 30 October and on the listed dates 2, 5–9, 13–16, 19–23, and 26–30 from 1510 to 2000.
